"Brick all the internet of things!: We want to make things more secure, right?" [IoT worms & Movie hackers]

I recently gave a talk at Sparklecon 2018 on Brickerbot and better solutions to the problem of weaponized IoT devices. It turns out best practices for security on IoT/Internet connected embedded devices are similar to those for desktop and server PCs.

Also on how one's coiffure directly affects hacking ability. At least if you're in the movies.
